Here at La Cocinita we care about sustainability and the impact we have on our environment so try to minimise our carbon footprint when we can.


We try to use local and seasonal food if possible. We only use packaging that is eco friendly, most of our packaging is recyclable and compostable. We do not use any single use plastic. We even try to grow some of our own veggies if we can. At the moment our tomatillos are nearly ready to go with our home grown coriander for our tangy salsa verde!


All our general waste is dealt with in the correct manner.
